STRENGTH

THE ADAPT STRENGTH SYSTEM IS PROGRAMMED IN 12 WEEK BLOCKS. THIS ALLOWS YOU TO PROGRESS BOTH UPPER & LOWER BODY STRENGTH & INCREASE LEAN MUSCLE MASS OVER A 3 DAY SPLIT. 

OUR COACHES WILL TEACH YOU HOW TO SQUAT, BENCH PRESS & DEADLIFT EFFECTIVELY AND SAFELY. EACH SESSION WILL ALSO CONSIST OF ADDITIONAL ACCESSORY EXERCISES TO ASSIST WITH IMPROVING IMBALANCES, MOBILITY AND CORE STRENGTH

CONDITIONING

CONDITIONING AIMS TO IMPROVE YOUR ENERGY SYSTEMS & CREATE A FITTER, LEANER YOU. THIS PROGRAM RUNS ACROSS A 12 WEEK BLOCK, OVER A 2 DAY SPLIT.

DURING THIS CLASS WE WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF DIFFERENT INTERVALS DONE AT VARIOUS INTENSITIES ON OUR  CONDITIONING EQUIPMENT; ROWER, ASSAULT BIKE, SKI AND BIKE ERG.

WE THEN FINISH WITH A MET-CON STYLE WORKOUT TO ADD VARIETY INTO EACH SESSION. 

SMASH

SATURDAY SMASH SESSIONS CREATE A TEAM ENVIRONMENT LIKE NO OTHER. YOU WILL TYPICALLY BE IN TEAMS OF 2 - 4 WORKING FOR A COMMON GOAL, COMPETING AGAINST OTHER TEAMS.

 

 EXPECT PLENTY OF VARIETY IN THESE SESSIONS AS WE INCLUDE EVERYTHING FROM TRADITIONAL CONDITIONING TO STRONGMAN STYLE MOVEMENTS.

THIS SESSION IS OUR BIGGEST OF THE WEEK SO EXPECT PLENTY OF NOISE, FUN AND ENERGY ON YOUR SATURDAY MORNING. 

OLYMPIC

LIFTING

ADAPT'S OLYMPIC LIFTING PROGRAM CAREFULLY BREAKS DOWN THE TWO BIG LIFTS; THE CLEAN & JERK AND THE SNATCH.  OUR COACHES WILL TEACH YOU HOW TO MASTER THESE TECHNICAL LIFTS AS WELL AS GAIN STRENGTH AS YOUR TECHNIQUE IMPROVES. 

THIS CLASS IS FOR THOSE WHO HAVE A SOLID MOVEMENT AND STRENGTH BASE IN THEIR SQUATS, DEADLIFTS AND UPPER BODY EXERCISES. YOU WILL BE CHALLENGED WITH MORE COMPLICATED LIFTS THAT ARE AIMED AT INCREASING POWER.
