Our Allied Health Department is comprised of various health professionals who work collaboratively to give each client a truly holistic health experience.
This team specialises in putting a personal touch on strength & conditioning sessions, prescribing individualised exercise programs for clients with chronic disease or injury, and offering specific diagnoses and additional treatments to assist with injuries and general well-being.

Exercise Physiology
Our Exercise Physiologist service is tailor-made for people with chronic disease or work-related injuries. Each new client is subject to a thorough initial consultation which then follows into specific exercise prescription, clients with chronic disease management plans, NDIS, DVA, or Workcover should have some level of cover per session.

Remedial Massage
The difference here at ADAPT is that Jacob, our Remedial Massage Therapist, is also one of our Strength and Conditioning coaches. So, unlike the underwhelming massage you get at the shops, you get an experience that’s tailored to your training and what you need to help keep you performing.
A standard Remedial Massage here at ADAPT will commence with a consultation, in order to identify the cause of any irregular pain and tightness. From here the treatment begins, and while primarily utilizing manual therapy, can include dry needling where appropriate.
