We offer our exceptional strength & conditioning programs to our younger counterparts. Suitable to all junior athletes from a netballer completing their first ever strength program, to a state level swimmer improving their strength and power in the gym to get a leg up on their performance in the pool.

Our coaches have worked with national, state and regional level athletes from ages ranging between 6 and 17 years of age. We pride ourselves on creating a safe, yet challenging gym environment for our junior athletes, and making them realise the benefits that training for strength, power, mobility and fitness in the gym has on their performnce while playing the sport that they love.

Your child will learn the basics of a strength & conditioning program with a group of like-minded individuals aged between 10 and 17 years. We train power, strength, mobility, and fitness all in a one-hour window. To register your child for the next school holiday program, fill out the form below.

Session Dates for 2025, 10 am start

  • Term 1: April 8th, 10th, 15th, 17th.

  • Term 2: June 24th, 26th, July 1st, 3rd, 8th & 10th.

  • Term 3: September 23rd, 25th, 30th, October 2nd.

  • Term 4: December 2nd, December 4th, 9th,11th, 16th, 18th, January 6th, 8th, 13th,15th, 20th, 22nd.

Does your child have 1 - 2 friends or siblings who would be keen to jump into a personalised small group session? Following a consultation and initial testing, each child will receive an individualised program specific to their sport, which their nominated coach will guide them through over a 45 or 60-minute period. Want to experience why we are trusted by national and state-level champions? Our one-on-one sessions allow us to individualise an athlete's program, from exercise selection down to intensity of their session based on a major competition or an increase in training load that is on the horizon. After an initial consultation and testing, each athlete gets a weekly dose of 45 - 60 minutes of undivided coaching from their assigned strength & conditioning coach.
